Cancer to Normal Atlas

Active:

false

Description

This project is an extension of the "Cancer to Normal Transformer" project in which we are taking the algorithms developed in that project for mapping cancers to normal tissues and wrapping them (with resulting interactive visualizations) in a biologist-friendly web application. This will be a highly valuable tool because it will allow cancer researchers to discover how their cancer of interest relates to normal tissue states, potentially revealing novel drug targets.
